As athletes we need to pay extra attention to what we eat.
We get very specific about how we fuel and re-fuel our bodies. We base our nutrition according to what type of things we do daily per our sport, position, or event. We need all the help we can get, right?
And, for those of you who follow the Chalk Talk Blog and Podcast, you are well aware that we are not only concerned about our on the field or court performance, we believe that our off the field and court LIFE greatly effects ALL Win’s and Losses.
No one here is claiming to be a sports nutritionist, but strongly believe, as well as recommend, that we at least eat Twice a Day!
Once for the belly.
